The recording label has been around for decades now. We were forging a way into the entertainment industry. As soon as one task was completed, many other tasks arose to be fulfilled. Music production had always been my first love, alone. There were many hats to wear at every stage in working the label independently. We had enough team players to fill each task, but hands-on know-how was better. I had chosen to attend school online at Full Sail University. The ideal choice would have been audio production, but the School of Mild Rocks taught me well. Plus, I attended Berklee Music online for a master's certificate in Music Business and Technology.

After graduating from Berklee, I could officially start the recording label. I was at a loss when it came to having an online presence. I knew little about how to do anything besides dealing with my then-online music distributor. I knew nothing about marketing and very little about video production. Video production played a significant role in my choice of major. I saw the film school at Full Sail and thought that wouldn't fit well. I had taken a decent look at the other available majors. The only program that stood out to me was Media Communication. It was an accurate choice. This reminds me of Psalms 37:23, but more so Proverbs 20:24. Both scriptures speak of the Lord ordering a person's steps, only that in Proverbs 20:24, the persons whose steps were ordered wonder about these chosen steps.

As I said, the clear choice would have been more music and audio-creation-related. Not media communications, but only my future of that day, which is now. It would involve digital marketing and content writing, and I had never thought I would fall for marketing. No matter what industry you are interested in, there will always be a need for marketing,
